Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of SiteOps, a product of IDM VALLEY (“we”, “us”). By using SiteOps you agree to them. Questions go to hi@idmvalley.com.
The service
SiteOps helps teams keep track of websites: uptime and certificate checks, backups, deployments, renewals, incidents and requests. We may improve or change features over time.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us if you think it has been compromised.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the people you invite.
Acceptable use
- Only add websites and servers you own or are authorised to monitor. SiteOps makes requests to the addresses you add.
- Do not use SiteOps to attack, overload or probe systems, or to break the law.
- Do not try to access another customer's data or interfere with the service.
Your data
You own the information you put into SiteOps. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep SiteOps available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. You should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SiteOps is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control, including downtime of the websites you monitor.
Ending your use
You can stop using SiteOps at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. On request we will delete your data.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above. Continuing to use SiteOps means you accept them.
